Review: Sea of Stars

Sea of Stars Sea of Stars by Amy A. Bartol
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Trust Nothing

This series must be read in order. The first book is Under Different Stars. This is the second book. I can't wait to find out what happens in the third and (unfortnately)final book Darken The Stars!

Kricket, Trey and her other Cavars have barely escaped the last crisis with their lives. A floating military fortess should be the safest place on Ethar... But treachery has no boundaries. Either worshiped, coveted or reviled everyone seems to have an opinion about Kricket and an idea on how to use her. Will she ever be free to live her life as she wishes? Or will she always be a piece in a game she has no desire to play? Can she prevent the disasters of the future? Or is she destined to always be Fate's Fool constantly trying to do damage control?

***This series is suitable for mature young adult through adult readers who enjoy a little Destiny and horror in their apocalyptic alien sci-fi new adult paranormal dark fantasy action adventure romances with loads of intrigue and a heroine who will not give up no matter what :)
